You do not have to travel all the way to Loch Ness to see the beast, or the plains of South Dakota to capture ‘Big Foot’. Mythical creatures and weird beasts and beings have been about for as long as humanity has had imagination. There is even a pseudoscience field for the study of creatures whose existence has not however been established. Cryptozoology is the research of animals who are either extinct or have by no means been observed by humans before. Sound a bit like the Twilight Zone?

Mermaids have captured the imagination of men and women all more than the globe and reports of the stunning sirens of the sea half fish, half lady have constantly thrilled and enthralled us.
